• The service is considered delivered once we complete the submissions included in your plan and provide your submission report.
• If we are unable to complete your order within the stated processing time for your plan, we will issue a 100% refund.
• This refund policy applies with no questions asked.

Our done-for-you submission service is typically completed within the stated processing time shown on your selected plan, which is currently 6-7 working days for our standard plans. Delivery times may vary depending on the number of directories and their individual review processes. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party directory platforms.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your startup. We submit information as provided and are not liable for rejections due to incomplete or inaccurate details.

While we submit to all directories included in your chosen plan, we cannot guarantee acceptance by any individual directory. Approval is at the discretion of each directory platform. We also do not guarantee specific SEO results, traffic increases, or domain rating improvements.
